Ohh, I love those little weenies! Looks like a good lunch, I'm having cream chicken soup.

I'll probably heat up an onion bagel with some cream cheese. Unless someone brings me lunch today. Never fails, as soon as I fix myself something to eat at the office, Ted walks in with lunch for me.

I'm having cheese filled ravioli with spinach sauce (frozen of course). It's the start of Lent today - Ash Wednesday - no meat. Lunch looks good except for the okra & sausage. :-)

Did lunch with friend on Monday, and went to Surin's to have Thai bbq chicken and awesome coconut soup with tofu!

You actually EAT vienna sausages? My father and mother-in-law worked many years in a factory that made vienna sausages. Oh, the stories they'd tell. Nobody around here will touch them.

It's the pickled okra I wouldn't want on my plate. I have to admit I've never tasted it and I love fried okra.

For our pot luck dinners at work I always bring the pickled okra, pickles, olives, all that stuff. I don't like any of it.

I too am going meatless today...Guess I missed lunch, after having a late breakfast.

How about we do supper?...grilled cheese, and if energetic enough, some tomato soup. mmmmm......mmmmm good.

No meat for me on Ash Wednesday.

I took my lunch to the office with me. American cheese, lettuce, and roasted red peppers on hearty whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, pear for dessert.

Tonight we are have baked flounder, baked potatoes, green salad, and some other veggies I find in the fridge!

Fried pork chops and steamed cabbage with pepper sauce at Loui's, today. Yummy! Left the corn muffin on the dish. No bites :o)

Funny, around here people don't go meatless on ash wednesday - only good Friday. Interesting.

We used to like vienna sausages mashed up with mustard then spread on crackers.

I figure, if something tastes good who cares about the ingredients (as long as it isn't all artificial or chemical). Meat is meat. If they can get off cuts to taste good and have a texture I like then who cares?

Uh..uh. (Shaking head). I won't eat that. I will meet you for lunch, but not that.

I'll eat the cheese and even the pickled okra but you can keep the mush fingers and the corrugated cardboard.

I'm with you Dances.If it tastes good I'd probably eat it.LOL There use to be a lady at church that would bring a salad when we had dinners.It was lettuce and tomatoes with sliced vienas on the top.I never would eat it.Don't know why but it just looked yukky to me.LOL
