Moni! I need some recipe advice!

I'm making Rouladen today and I wondered what you stuff yours with? I have the mustard and the bacon, but Deej was not thrilled with the idea of the dill pickle. So I was wondering if you might have any more suggestion?

I'm also making German Red Cabbage (also for the first time), but I think I can handle it.

I visited a German store the other day and found some frozen cooked Spatzle, so I serving that too. I remember all these flavors from when I was a yound teenager and we were stationed in Lahr for a year.
