Calling Bill Vincent (& other tile experts) for tile advice!

Bill, I hope you can give me some advice on the type of sealer that should be used on a crema marfil backsplash. The main portion of the backsplash is 6 x 12 honed crema marfil tile, set in a subway tile pattern. There is a 24 x 32 design above the cooktop of polished basket weave design of crema marfil 1 x 2 tiles, with small squares of dark brown marble as infill, framed by polished crema marfil chair rail. The tile installer says he will apply a sealant to all of the tiles that will produce a glossy finish. I would like the honed tiles to remain matte, not glossy. Can you recommend a sealant that will not make the honed tiles look glossy? Thank you in advance for your advice! Nancy
