Lasagna Question?

What with all the fresh tomatoes and garlic and peppers and eggplant, seems like a good time to make a big pan of lasagna and freeze it in individual portions just for me....or to serve to drop in company.

In looking through my cupboard for lasagna noodles I discovered I have both the non boil kind and the boil kind, partial boxes of both. I will make sure my sauce is juicy enough, I hate dry lasagna, but do you think I can mix the different kinds of noodles in one pan? I don't plan on cooking the ones that are supposed to be cooked.

Maybe if I put a layer of sauce in the pan....then the noodles to be cooked and let it sit to absorb some of the moisture before continuing with the layers....

Waddya think?
