Yellow, orange and purple tomatoes

I love the red ones for sauce, salsa, tomato marmalade, and V8 juice, but what do you do with tons of other colors after you have eaten all you can fresh?

The Cherokee Purple ones make ugly chopped tomatoes and sauce but they have a wonderful flavor. The orange ones I grew this year are 'Kellogg's Breakfast'. Very tasty but what do I do with all the left-over ones?
