Oh thank you, thank you all so very much for your kind comments. They really are the best birthday present ever!
Even made me weepy while I read them. I'm so happy to be a part of this great forum!

We just came back from a late lunch after deciding that we didn't want to go to the classy up-market restaurant where we had planned on going.
Since it's still warm and humid here, we went to a favourite outdoor terrace restaurant across from the Botanical Gardens, which has great food
and fast service by friendly waitresses who know and greet us like old friends. So we didn't dress up but went in cool and casual clothes.
I had the best garlic filet steak with lettuce and cucumber but didn't break the diet with any cake lol. Couldn't even have that yoghurt and fruit Teresa, as that's not allowed
until after two weeks more lol. I'll make it all up though one day in the next months with cake and wine ....hopefully by Christmas!
