Chandelier AND Sconces for 4x6 Powder Room?

skews

I am in the process of redoing a powder room (gutted now) and was wondering what type of lighting to install. The room is 4x6. I have always liked the look/idea of a chandelier in the bathroom so I am 99% sure that I am going to go this route. I know the diameter should be about 10-12" but the 3 arm chandeliers that I really like are 16dx16h and 17.5dx21.5h. Ceilings are 8ft. Which size (assuming the 16x16) would be most appropriate? Plan on using a dimmer switch and bulb max wattage of 25 = total 75w. Wattage could obviously be increased if more light is needed.

Planning on adding beadboard (painted white or creamy white) to the lower half of the walls and painting the upper walls *gasp* black. Yes, black. Crown molding will be added as well. SO, will the chandelier provide sufficient amount of light or should I also add 2 wall sconces? (sides of mirror).

Thanks!
