I would rate it a zero if I could. Terrible experience. Ordered a rug and was told a 4 week delivery. It was four months. Rug was sitting in a warehouse in GA for 6 weeks so I knew it was available for delivery. No communication, delivery dates would come and go with no communication, I had to follow up myself. Finally received my rug yesterday! Supposed to be delivered by11:30, I got it at 2. I was ok with that. Guy who delivered it sliced open the packaging and also sliced the rug right through. Customer service was atrocious. Hung up on twice. Was offered ten percent off the rug or a new one to be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. I almost cried. I told the customer service rep that she stop quoting delivery times that are lies. Asked if she got a lot of complaints about delivery times. Crickets. Talked to supervisor and he seemed concerned and was sort of helpful. Asked him to be honest with me regarding ever shifting delivery dates and he said it rarely happens. I told him it happened to me on my last two orders. It is truly a shame. I have ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise from them over the past two decades. They were my store of choice for rugs, windows, pillows, etc. because they had good quality and good customer service. I will never order from PB again. They should spend the money they use on sending me a thousand emails a week and on their website and work on their quality and service issues.

In general, beds are made to be taken apart and put back together. People move, and most beds won't fit through a doorway fully assembled. I can't speak for PB beds in particular, but most beds should handle being taken apart and put back together just fine. You might want to check with PB to see if they have assembly instructions available, if you think putting the bed back together might be tricky. Or ask the seller if you can be there when it is being taken apart, so that you will know how to put it back together again.

I have had the Cline dining chairs in Charcoal for about 2 weeks, I love the look of them but herein lies the danger of ordering online not having been able to see them/check them out in person beforehand - they are not very comfortable at all I am contemplating returning them. Frustrated because I ordered them and they took 3 months to get here and now I need to find another option. Oddly enough I like the 3 Cline counter height stools I ordered at the same time and will definitely be keeping those. The dining chairs are 1/2" narrower and when I scoot back all the way the verticals of the backrest crowd my bum. I'm 5'-7" 150 lb. but if I don't rest my back on the backrest then my lower lumbar gets super irritated. I have bulging disc issues so if I don't have proper lumbar support I am in pain. :(

We have had a partial order of our Indio Metal Dining set and Lounge chairs delivered. (the rest is on backorder) While everything looks nice one of the Chaise lounge chairs and a couple of the dining chairs their legs do not all lign up and so there is a slight wobble to the chair. Both Chaise lounge chairs (not kept under the patio) have been rained on, while they look fine they are retaining water inside the aluminum construction of the chair. While i know aluminum does not rust, however aluminum can corrode over time. I am wondering if this is going to compromise the longevity of the chair? Again everything looks great, the quality of the product leaves us second guessing the purchase decision. Coming from a major designer/retailer like Pottery Barn this is a really big disservice to the customer confidence. i am looking forward to seeing how Pottery Barn addresses the situation. and here are a couple boring videos i took of the chair leaking water, the chairs are on their side and about 2 days after the last rain event. And yes the videos are like watching paint dry.. looks nice
