Sometimes felt a bit queasy on the coasters along the Korean coast.

Think I only threw up on one occasion.

Yes, everytime I step off the treadmill I am dizzy, and have to hang on.

I also get sick if I read during take off or touch down on planes, and if I read on winding roads.

But I never used to get sick, before my first vertigo attack. As lots of you know, I do some exercises when vertigo raises his ugly head. :)

Yes, depends on the circumstances. I found I can't do windy roads, with much speed, these past few years. Funny too, because my first husband was from the Ozarks and we traveled there all of the time. I have had a couple of bouts with Vertigo in the past 5 or 6 years, maybe that's what brought it on.

McCloud and I both 'almost' got sea sick when in the Bahamas in 86. We were on the floor looking through a glass bottomed boat and didn't realize we were green until we stood up and looked around. Not fun.

All the time. I even get sick watching some movies where you're in the car during a car chase. Strobe lights do it to me too. Even a loud concert affects me.

I have had dizzy spells ever since I was 16, so maybe there is a corrolation?

I was prone to motion sickness when I was a kid,but now it's very rare that I am bothered by it.
We spend a lot of tome in our boat in the summer,and I'm ok as long as I can feel the fresh air on my face,but put me on a large ship thats rolling and out comes the gravol.

The only time I felt motion sickness, I was in the cabin of a sailboat in the Gulf of Mexico that was running its diesel engines, the smell was awful and it made me real queasy. I had to go back up into the fresh air to feel better.

I've never been tested in a real ocean setting, though, the Gulf was very flat that night.

I do if I'm in the backseat and can't see where I'm going. Like, I have to look out the front window even if I'm in the back seat.

Yes, if I try to read or look at a map in a car. Also if I'm a passenger in the backseat. But not on an airplane or boat...weird.

Yes. I can't be a passenger in the back seat on windy roads and can't read in the car. Only time I have felt sick on an airplane is on a really bumpy flight. When I am on a ship, I take something for seasickness.

Yes, it started about 10 years ago on one of those Disneyworld attractions - the one where you "feel" like you are flying around..but in reality just standing there. There are even commercials that give me motion sickness. I don't get sick in a car though (haven't yet anyhow)...but a large boat or ferry will do it.

Yep, so whenever I fly I take Dramamine. I can get sick in the back of a car too, just try not to look out the side window if I happen to be in back of one.

I used to be able to ride those spinning rides at carnivals and amusement parks but the last time I got on one I was sick for hours. Never again!

Yeah--just the last couple of years. It's a 9-hour trip to the Ga. mountains and I get sick every time. I think it's going around Atlanta in the HOV lane. There's a concrete wall to my left and we're usually going 75 and the road is twisty-turny. When we stop, I stagger out like I've been on a three-day binge. Like Moni, I have to hold on. It's a yucky feeling!

When I was a kid I would always get sick in the car whenever we had to drive more than a couple of hours somewhere. My brothers hated sitting next to me in the car. LOL My Mom would always make me take a bag and my dad would pull over to the side of the road or highway. My brothers learned to read my face and would stare at me in the car and know exactly when it was time to tell Dad to pull over. Self preservation I guess or them not wanting me to be sick on them. LOL Graval became their best friend and mine because I would take one every couple of hours and next thing I know I would wake up in in Toronto and I missed the entire drive. LOL I still carry it in my purse at all times.

On one family vacation I remember us leaving the Province of New Brunswick and then I woke up and we were driving through a town called Pug Wash. That is pretty much the only thing I remembered seeing while driving on that vacation so it always stuck in my mind. Pugwash, Nova Scotia. LOL

Rides that spin are a big no for me - Tilt a Whirl are out for me - after taking 2 consecutive rides on one once I thought that lovely deep shade of green I turned might be permanent. I was sick for days after that.

Some Nintendo games like the car race games make me dizzy and feeling sick. I can't even watch the kids play those games.

I have to sit facing the front on subway rides and bus rides. I can't sit in the seats the face the aisles or backwards.

Usually if a boat is moving I am okay but once it stops all bets are off. I've been on a few cruises and only got motion sick once. I wear Sea Bands on my wrists and they help a lot. I used the patches once and will never use them again because the medicine in those dilated my eyes so much I couldn't read or be out in the sun for 2 weeks.

There is a road near my house that has about 10 stop signs within a short distance. Being a passenger in a car going down that road can wreck my day.

I've grown out of being sick in cars mainly because I sit up front now and I have also learned where to focus my eyes. On long road trips just don't ask me to read the map and I'll be okay. LOL

Oh yes, since I was a child. I cannot read in a car or sit in the back without getting sick.

When I cruise (2-3 times a year), I take Bonine while we are at sea.

I do sometiems when DH drives the back roads and the sun is out. Kaden gets motion sickness a lot in the car,
he has gotten sick two times in my truck. I am worried about him come nest weekend, my daughter is going to Flordia
for a week and taking Makayla and Kaden they are driving. I am just hoping and praying that Kaden can make it without
getting sick. I did tell her to all their doctor for some suggestions as far as what Kaden could take.
Anyone with suggestions?

I've gotten queezy on a carnival ride before and I've been seasick a few times, but other than that, no.

I get queasy if I sit in the back seat of a car especially on curvy roads or if I try to read. Also if someone has a lot of perfume on while I am in a moving vehicle.

I used to when I was a kid, but not since I've been an adult.

Never as a kid but sure it changed after having a bout of inner ear infection. Can't sit in a swing if anyone moves it at all. If stopped for a train I have to look way down the track & not directly at it or it's barf time. Most embarassing moment of my life was trying to get myself & my kids out of the "crazy house" at an amusement park...I'm sure people thought I was really, really drunk! Actually had to be helped out AND to a nearby bench where I sat for half an hour before things looked right.

Yes. I get sick on both large & small boats. I also get sick on planes & many amusement park rides, so I can't do those. I wear a scopolamine patch when I fly on long trips. I wear a Relief Band on short flights. I'm usually okay in a car as long as I don't try to read.
