Made my first Pretzel Bread

We're having hot dogs tonight, and I wanted to make the buns. (Never mind it's 95 degrees and very tropical outside. I guess I had to add my version of the tropics inside, while I poached my buns before baking them, so all things would be equal.) They aren't pretty, but they are addictive! I'm surprised at how easy they were, as the poaching step seemed rather intimidating, but no longer. I didn't have ''pretzel salt'', so I used some Fleur de Sel.

OK, you bread bakers out there! Whom among you has made pretzel bread? It's one more thing I can check off my summer ''to make'' list! Does anyone else beside me have a running list of things they'd like to try? What's on yours?
