Zucchini--new way to cook!

I live alone and because the First Lady planted a garden, I felt I should also do so. I paid $40 to get a tiny plot roto tilled--the soil is pick axe hard clay--and planted four tomato plants, one long cucumber and one small pickling type, two yellow squash and two zucchini plants. I am over cuked and have no one to give my extra to and when the tomatoes finally ripen I will have too many of those also. My first zuke came in and I felt obliged to cook and eat it. Since I am making stuffed peppers I sliced the zuke and cooked it along with the peppers. I need to explain that I cook both stuffed peppers and cabbage on the top of the stove, simmered gently in tomato juice flavored with garlic and beef bullion cubes. No tomato soup and oven for me! Anyway, the zuke tastes great and I like a lot of veggies with my meat, so the zuke happily joined the peppers.
