Can You Help Me Find 2 Things?

I'm looking for a good looking chic alarm clock that's NOT a digital clock. Something along the lines of the one I posted a link to below. I like its elegant, sleek sophisticated lines. I want one in a silver tone. No backlight needed. Sometime ago I saw a website that sold all different styles of clocks but I can't remember what it was. Here's a link to two w/ another link below:

I found a couple of nice "silver" clocks at Home Goods around Christmas time. I was working on my Holiday Mantle and looking for anything that was silver to use...I returned them because quite frankly I bought a ton of stuff to try out and returned about half of it. So give them a try. One was around $7 and the other about $12. They really looked nice, a lot like the Williams Sonoma one you have listed.

. . . a "Dallas, The TV Show" theme (Bling Meets Cowboy). DD just got back to me and the party may be the week after Valentine's Day. With a "Dallas" theme, the girls can go pretty, sexy or tongue-in-cheek slutty. They could probably raid their own closets or that of their friends for their outfits. The guys would only need to wear a pair of blue jeans along with some sort of appropriate shirt. They could bill it as "Cowboy Hats & Boots, Optional". Heck, they all have jeans and, depending on what their date is wearing, they could wear a sports coat or blue jean jacket, too, if they wanted. No need for complicated or expensive costumes . . . which are hard to come by in February anyway (LOL). So, any ideas for decorations and food, if they go that route? I'm thinking "Bling Meets Cowboy".

Crispa, I love just about everything on their site Ã¢ÂÂperfectÃ¢ÂÂ. Plus, I can get different sizes which is a plus. Now if someone would bother to get back to me in regards to my inquiries IÃ¢ÂÂd be good to go. WhatÃ¢ÂÂs up with people anyway? DonÃ¢ÂÂt they want to make money? IÃ¢ÂÂm just a wee bit busy, finished interior design utilizing much of whatÃ¢ÂÂs there but meeting with an architect for master closet/bathroom/small addition plan, paint colors picked and IÃ¢ÂÂm about 70% done with interior painting (yes me). In the meantime IÃ¢ÂÂm designing the exterior landscape and sub-contracting old nasty landscape removal. Husband is being difficult on the new furniture gig but I feel I deserve it. The Mitchell Gold Bob Williams seems fairly reasonable for what you get. Thank you everyone for your advice! There were other brands in the running but NO communication and I have no time for that. Hopefully a Mitch and Bob dealer will come through.

enduring, we ordered the 30" Bellwether today. I was really hoping he'd change his mind and decide on the 32". We would have had a lot more options. The 32" I saw today had a really bad case of the "dimples" :o The entire outside surface was very dimply. I'm hoping mine won't be as bad. Is yours like that? Ohhh, turn the overflow upside down! Thanks! My plumber will do anything I ask (at least he has so far) :) roadrunnerrita, I considered having his tub refinished but learned that that has it's own issues. As grungy as he gets, I'd be concerned about the finish getting scratched and what I could and couldn't use to clean it with. He said he didn't want a "plastic tub". I like my acrylic air tub but I can't use abrasive cleaners (like Scrubbing Bubbles) and it can scratch pretty easy.

Instead of limiting yourself to a colored laptop, you could just buy a skin. They come in all kinds of designs and they just stick on and peel off when you want to. I just ordered some for my kindle and iPhone that match. I love the one for my Kindle because it keeps it from slipping out of my hands.

I bought them from DecalGirl but lots of places on the web sell them. I thought it would be a great idea for travelers to put the skin on their laptop so they don't get mixed up with someone elses when they put them on the conveyer belt at the airport.

I found this alarm clock by Westclox. It's called the Athens Big Ben and is only $29.99. There are a LOT of alarm clocks on this site. Hope you find something. That one you've pictured from W-S is gorgeous, but the price is really steep!

Lynne - I saw the price on that clock (and I knew that it'd be $$$ because it is WSH) but I thought "Jeez! That thing better have a coffee dispenser on the side AND pour it for me in the morning!".
