how do I determine the internal size of my current dryer?

I've noticed that with my POS dryer, which I've hated from day 1 and always needs two cycles to dry, I have to split my wash load in half in order for it to dry decently in (almost) one cycle. I'm wondering if it's due to the dryer capacity or because it's just a POS. I tried to google the model, but I didn't find the info that I am looking for. It's a Whirlpool LEQ9858PW0. Can you help me? Oh, and the dryer is only 2 years old. It's so crappy, and I know it should work much, much better. Also, if you have any suggestions as to why it's a POS, please post that too.
