I am not very artistically talented but I do enjoy making birthday cakes. With Nick's peanut allergy, I pretty much have to.

In the past I could doll up some plastic figurines without too much trouble:

but this year Nick is having a Star Wars party and I have no idea what to do. I have a cake topper like this (basically just a Darth Vadar mask):

That cake is okay but I really didn't want chocolate icing since it's a chocolate cake.

The napkins usually inspire me but the colors aren't jumping out at me:

The tablecloth looks like this (wow that is huge - sorry!):

So far I'm thinking maybe a sparkly blue background with a reddish border and writing or should I just keep the base white?
