Sorry, I got home and lets just say I was a little bit out of it. I definately couldn't be an alcoholic or drug addict, I feel so out of it. Let me tell you that it is worse than a c-section, and at least that way you get to take a baby home. I am really sore all over my abdomen and it is nicely bruised. When I went in firt he said I would have no restrictions, little pain and could do what I wanted Baloney, no lifting for 3 days, 3 more days of pumping and no driving. My mom has the younger 3 and my MIL has Rhiannon and they are enjoying time with Grandma and Grandpa. Dan has been big help and watches over me to make sre I don't do so much. I could post some pics if anoyone wants to see. The incissions , I was surprised being laprascopic surgery the ammoun of holes, and the sizes and all the bruising. Other than sitting still it hurts anyway I move. Thank you for all the thoughts, sufloers and prayers, It is going to be some time before I et to feeling better. Just srng my ptty party Stacie

OK, so this is kind of embarrassing, after all my debating about what color Peytons to go with.... We were in Boston last weekend and went to a Pottery Barn and bought one panel in the Peyton Chestnut and one panel in the Clay silk dupioni. When we brought them back to Florida and hung them on a pole side by side in our family room/sunroom, the Peyton just seemed too heavy for the room with a texture too similar to our cream-colored sectional (see photos above). Also, we want to be able to push the panels as far out of the way during the day and the silk really seem much lighter and fold up much smaller. So after all this, it looks like we will by going with the bronzey-looking clay silk dupionis after all! Now our big dilemma is whether to go with the 84 inch length panels, which means with the pole and rings they will aang 5 inches above the 82-inch windows (including trim), or spring for the 96-inch ones and go to the expense of hemming them, just to get a few inches more in height. Oh decisions, decisions!!! (yes, I am looking for advice, f anyone wants to look at my photos above.) Thanks. Mollie, can't wait to see how your drapes look -- please post pictures!

You can definitely retrofit the cabinets with roll out shelves. There are many that you can order online. There used to be limited choices + they were fairly expensive - however, now there are MANY options + various price points. There will be quite a few people who will tell you that you need to have drawers for your lower cabinets because adding roll out trays requires you to open the door and then pull out the tray. I've had a pantry for many years with roll out shelves - the items used most often are towards the front = I don't have to actually pull the shelves out that often. Pantries require you to open two doors in order to pull out a roll out tray - that hasn't been an issue for me (I don't really think about it). I am renovating my kitchen soon - and will be adding drawers to the lower cabinets - but not because it's difficult to open a door before pulling out a roll out tray. My pantry (24" deep) was built on site and they added the pull out shelves then - they constructed mine so that the heights of the shelves are adjustable - that is a nice feature that you might want to look for when purchasing some. If you or someone you know has some tools, you can build some fairly easily. Ana White (has a popular website and presence on YouTube) shows how to easily build some pull out shelves + add them to your cabinets. I'm sure that there are many other tutorials on YouTube.

TA-DAH!! As I was working on whistle placement, the white fabric backing looked dirty to me compared to the frame so I decided on black. This will certainly not be front and center in their house and I'm not worried about working with any other decor. Likely it will be in a hall, maybe placed in a book case or in their den/office area. It's a fun little nod to a piece of their life. Thanks for cogitating with me on this little gift. I hung it momentarily in my hall so you could get an idea - and obviously I didn't even hang it straight!
