I live in what some might call tourist heaven. My city, Haifa, is north on the coast (perfect for those long range missles from Lebanon) and close to ancient places right,left and center. We love having friends come to visit and just last week took a few around, all within 20 min. of the city. The Galilee mountains are 1/2 hour away, the Sea of Galilee 40 min. Jerusalem is a good two hours south and like any other local, I haven't been there for years......too far for a day trip, all sorts of excuses, but we literally never go more than once every few years, usually for a political demonstration! "Tourist spots" around here are called such for a very good reason: most of the locals get jaded and don't take the time, but everywhere you turn, city or countryside, there's something that at least 500 or 1000 years old. Of course, the modern stuff is different (let's all go look at the Wall being built between villages, shall we?) Y'all welcome anytime! But Chicago now, my real city, my home, well that's another story. I can get excited just riding the train, hanging on the street corner, just being there, feeling like a long-lost puppy finding a friendly porch. Took DG around for the cool tourist spots when she came for a visit with me some years ago, and it's still so very exciting to see it through another's eyes - what a fabulous city. I used two recessed halogens in the shower/tub area. They are 4" cans that i bought from usalight. The cans are new construction type and IC rated. (The crystals are my own fancy)... The bulbs i used are PAR20 50W although 35W would be fine too. I tried CFLs but they made the marble look green! I dont know how many CFLs I have bought but the colors just dont look elegant ( and I have replaced at least 50% of our home with CFLs). I think two lights would be sufficient in your space. You can get 3" and even 2" recessed lights from the source mentioned above. Here are some photos

Hey, Ron...I go to Leo's! My favorite ribs tho are from Joe's Barbecue in Alvin, but they are different from the riblets from Leo's. Both delicious. I'm hungry for some shrimp...real shrimp, not that farm raised stuff from China. I'd like to have some home made shrimp gumbo, made with big shrimp and lots of them, or some shrimp creole...also made with big shrimp. My husband has a shrimp boat but has taken a different job now, but will still be shrimping on his time off...and this time, mostly for us. I'd also like to have some good, fresh fried oysters. About two and a half dozen should be enough for me.

Glad to see others find him enjoyable cawaps, it’s amazing how nimble he is and how quick his turnaround, especially considering he’s doing everything by himself. Maddie, the GOP dropout is a hoot.
