Sprouted Grain Bread, do you make it?

Terrapots

I'm interested in making sprouted grain bread. I made a no-knead sourdough ONCE with sprouted grains, I sprouted Kashi's 7 grain pilauf (all sprouted except sesame seeds), chopped them up a bit and added to the dough with the water. It gave it a great taste but it was still white bread. I found a variety of recipes but one that I'm interested in calls for sprouted grain flour. Do I make my own after drying the sprouts, how long does it keep? Can't find this flour locally so am wondering what my best option would be. DH just can't give up his AM toast and has found the 100% sprouted grain bread from TJ's very tasty, more so than his air bread. Isn't that surprising?! Anyway, I thought I would like to give this a try but would like to hear about anyone's success, problems and, yes, even failures.
