Please, help me with a gas heat and hot water quote

Hello!

I'm getting all equipment replaced in a NJ house with 4.5 bathrooms and seven heating zones. One of the bathrooms has an air-bath, four have showers with multiple jets. The heating elements are cast-iron baseboards and radiators.

If everything turns on at the same time, the maximum load could about 1.2 mln BTUH, but, of course, the average load is much smaller  around 200K BTUH.

The local utility's gas pipe is not a high-pressure one, offering only about 5-7 inches of the water column of gas-pressure (sometimes dropping to below 4). This, I'm told, rules out using modern tankless systems, because they need more than that.

The pipes (for gas, heat, and hot-water) are all in place already and terminate in the same little utility room.

How much, roughly, should the heating equipment  heater(s), boiler(s), tank(s), pump(s)  cost altogether, along with installation? What would the configuration be?

Thanks! Yours,
doofus
