First of all I do not want this post to be a religious post. But let me explain what I need help with. There is these two men who host a radio station in our state near by town of my,and they are great men.Well this weekend one of the guys's little two year old boy drowned in his swimming pool.I type with tears. So The man that cohost the radio station and his little boy drowned well he preached his own son's funeral. It was amazing. He put it on the radio site so anyone that wanted to could listen to it.What I want is to record it on a CD so I can let my Mother-n-law listen to it.She does not have a computer. Can someone tell me in baby words how to record it.I know how to put a cd in,and what do I do next? Thanks so so much ahead.I hope it want be too hard to do.Judy in alabama

I think all you have to do is go to their site, right click on one of the download sites, select "save target as..." and then when the box come up, select your CD drive from the dropdown menu at the top.

If it won't save directly to a CD, then save it to your desktop or somewhere and then copy it to a CD later.

I should add that your CD has to be a Read/Write drive as opposed to a Read Only drive.

Does look like a frosty pink - one of the old stalwarts. But as jesus said, it could be any. I had a frosty pink years ago, and the blooms looked like that, kind of a "quilted" look. I always enjoyed it - and don't know why I don't have one now. It was always one of the most strongly scented brugs I had. Roses. Always smelled like roses to me. Thank you for the beautiful pics - I think I'll get one for myself. (Short/small brug, stays a manageable size.)

Help! Can someone with exposed beams help me out?
Q

We have a similar beam across the LR, which was originally built as two rooms. Most of the seating is on one side of the room, with a chair that always sits under the beam, but when we have a large group, we pull in a couple of extra chairs. No one seems to notice, or to feel uncomfortable sitting under the beam, which is only 82" from the floor. I sat in one of the extra chairs on Sunday, and didn't even think about it. Dedicated practitioners of Feng Shui might not agree, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey, someone can identify this possible aroid for me?

Thanks Petrushka!!!! I think it is indeed Burle Marx, it looks a lot alike. I found it growing in a clump under a big tree so I took a little part of it. Never had a philodendron before, it seems to like the standard aroid care I am giving it. Here in Brazil we dont have to do much for most of aroids to thrive!! They enjoy our humid summers and not very cold winters, just give it a mix that looks like a tropical forest floor and not overwater and you are good to go.

I live in Gadsden, Alabama and have been so sad about all of this. Hope you get to share it with your MIL.

How sad. Judy, if you can send the web site/radio station it is, maybe one of us can download it and make it a CD for you. I'm not the best at it either, but I'll give it a shot.

I went to the link above but I can barely hear him....is there another one. I'd be willing to try it for you. So sad...my cousin little boy drowned at the same age a few years ago. Such a heartbreak.

Judy..when you go to the above link, right under where it says "A Father's Heart by Rick Burgess", you'll see Download Site 1, Download Site 2 and Download Site 3. Right click on each of those links and click on "Save Target As" and save each one to your Desktop. Go to your Desktop and right click on each one, then chose Send To and click on CD-RW Drive (D:).

It also says something about if you have a problem downloading it..you can go to this site.

If you still have a problem with it, let me know and I'll put it on a CD for you and send it right out!
