What's for dinner 1/14/11?

I actually felt human today so got lots done--except for cooking. It's clean-out-the-frig night. Sigh! I gotta get with the program, here.

Him that refuses leftover Roast tonight will have to fin for himself. I love leftover Roast.

Is sausage and cabbage/kraut supposed to bring good luck? That's the first I heard of it, here yesterday. We had spareribs. Will pork bring us luck, or does it have to be sausage? Beans and oven potatoes with the ribs.

Chinese take out. I felt guilty. Went to movies and had lunch at a Chinese restaurant next to theater. Told DH I'd bring home take out if he would like. Orange Beef, General Tsao's chicken, fried rice and hot and sour soup. Can't wait. The egg rolls are from the freezer. I made them a while back.

LOL Glenda is that at a fair grounds??? Have you eaten it I would love to have that~~ We have soup from my last nights experiment of making mixed bean/ham soup~~~it was good:)So it is on for tonight too. I was excited it was good last time I tried it tasted like water soup no taste at all.

Chicken Fettucini Alfredo! yum yum yum. I totally pigged out. DH does not like it one bit. DS came up and he loves it as much as I do.
