Thank you Jude! I finally gathered up all the remaining items of Jude's gift this weekend. She gave me local artisan items from her area of the state. Coffee. Good and strong coffee!!!! It's bold and smooth, my absolute favorite combination. I made coffee ice cream and cold brewed coffee, Pioneer Woman "style". Actually, I ran it through a regular strainer, and then let it flow through the turned off coffee maker through a regular coffee filter. I don't have the fine cloth she used. It was easy though. Excellent iced coffee!!!! She also gave me frameable note cards from a local artist that showcases her area. Sublimely beautiful. She may or may not have had me in mind when she bought it, but she also gave me a ceramic bird. I collect them. Go figure, a Robin who collects birds. But I didn't want to quit showing you until you saw her really generous gifts. She's one fantastic lady!!!
