Just saw this site listed on Kim komando, it lists free Amazon Kindle books. Just check to make sure it's still free before getting it.

I use and love the product by amazon which is free for the pc Kindle for pc, you can download it in just minutes, and you can get a lot of free books from the amazon store so you can try it out with out buying a thing, I have a nice library on my pc made up of totally free books. Kindle Installing Kindle for PC on Your Computer Kindle for PC Frequently Asked Questions to find free books just do a search like this one but be sure you double check that the book you are looking at is free before you hit that button. "free kindle books list" It will be sent directly to your kindle for pc that you have selected it to go to. If you do a search here on garden web for Kindle for pc you will find a good thread discussing it.

No sorry neither one of those...The site I am referring to seemed to have a couple/few women who basically made all the posts with links to diff books...some were listed as free in US only and some were free UK only..makes me sick that I lost that site...darn..The start of each month they woujld come up with a list of freebies for May, June etc..actually,I think it was Raven who posted that particular link

one of my fave sites is www.feedbooks.com and they offer books in kindle format all free, I have a lot of books on my kindle for pc from there and I get the epub version for my Pandigital. I just posted a list of new free kindle books on the thread here titled Pandigital and Nook owners so check that out. you can also sign up at amazon and they will email you with info when they add new free books to their free kindle books list. free Kindle books

One that I've thoroughly enjoyed is The White House Cookbook by Mrs. F.L. Gilette and Hugo Ziemann, Steward of the White House (1887). It's a fascinating peek into the social and culinary customs of that era. It's also a free one for Amazon Kindles.

you are welcome Petra I love pixelofink.com and their newsletter it took me a while to realize you get a lot more listings if you get the daily email from them. That is one daily email I look forward to and always go right away and check them because in some cases they go off the free price so quickly.
Since my husband is now using my Vizio tablet and using the kindle app I have been downloading a lot of books that I think he would like, he is a voracious reader. Yesterday I was going through my rather large Kindle library on Amazon to make a list for him and almost every book I had downloaded for free was now about $4 each. That adds up fast to a very nice savings.

NOT FAIR!!!!! 3 hours later, my Kindle now has several books not only from your posting lists, but other topics. I found so much especially from the church stuff I do enjoy, but hate to spend the money on. It is amazing how much is avaiable for either free or very little--less than 5.00
