Annie, I made the Maple Oatmeal Bread

..yesterday and it was great! Such an easy recipe and such a great breakfast toast bread. I used my food processor and was a bit worried that I had overheated the yeast. It was one of those days when I was trying to do too many things at once. I mixed up the bread and dashed out the door for a vet appointment. I was so relieved when I came back and saw a nicely doubled batch of dough.
