Has anyone tried the Pascal Brizo kitchen faucet?
Comments (3)I have tried the Pascal Brizo faucet a few times in a showroom where it was installed and working. It is a great concept and honestly works really well. I tested it for 15 minutes or so and it really did work perfectly with the touch on/off and also with the hands free. Also, I think you can turn everything off and it work just like a regular faucet. I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think it is the case. You can definitely turn off the hands-free feature. I tried this myself and it was easy. The pulldown head works well and has a twist-lock mechanism to secure it to the faucet. For me, that was very important because the pulldowns that don't go back all the way are bad. The finish is nice although it is a bit on the bronze colored side of stainless steel compared to some other brands. It is a big faucet and the soap dispenser and on/off lever are big too. I was really close to buying one and decided not to. I'm buying a Delta Allora faucet becuase it seems like the quality is there for a better price. I also really like the magnetic piece that attaches the pulldown sprayer to the faucet. This, to me, seems like an ideal solution. The twist lock is good too, but you have to line it up perfectly to attach it. I'm sure you get used to it, but I think the magnet is a better solution. Hope this helps. Your best bet is to try and find a showroom to try it yourself. Cheers....See MoreDelta Touch Faucet
Comments (2)There are many discussions on this faucet...one was just recently held. I have it and love it. The touch function takes a bit to get used to but once you do, you will love it. I suggest that when you use the touch function with the head pulled out, (as if you were spraying down your sink or spraying vegetables, etc.) hold the head at the very top (theres a rubber area on top of the head), or even on the hose because if you hold the actual head while moving it around the sink, it will turn on and off. Other than that, it's awesome! Enjoy!...See MoreTapmaster vs Delta's Touch 2o
Comments (19)I don't know anything about the tapmaster but we have the delta touch faucet and love it. You can touch it anywhere with a wrist or hand to turn it on and off. I always touch it with my wrist on the underside of the faucet and the water doesn't drip anywhere but in the sink. We also have had ours installed over a year and have not had to replace the batteries yet. It is very convenient and great to use when working with raw meats as you mentioned you like to do. I could never go to another faucet after using this one....See MoreKitchen Faucet - Moen MotionSense or Delta Touch2O?
Comments (14)For those of you who have them, are there really that many times when you feel the need to turn on the faucet without touching it, or is it that it is just such a cool, new feature that you want? Even when my hands are messy, I can easily turn on my faucet with the clean part of my hand, usually the top side of my hand, so there is no desire to pay the premium price for the faucet, or to feed the faucet with batteries just to have this feature. Am I missing something? Maybe it's that not once in my whole life of using a kitchen faucet have I thought to myself, "Hey, if only I could turn on my faucet without touching it, now that would be grand!" However, if they invent something that prevents those awful water spots in a stainless steel sink, I'm first in line! I don't care how often I have to replace the batteries!...See Moreabbeys
