Is an oil cooled compressor refrigerator better in hot temp?

I have an unconditioned space that I need to replace a refrigerator in. I'm looking for a rather basic and inexpensive refrigerator. The refrigerator will only be used during the summer (not in winter or cold weather) so my concern is that it will keep the food cold in a room that can get rather warm in temperature.

While looking at Sears for a refrigerator the salesman said that I would need a refrigerator that has an oil-cooled compressor. Said the newer design (not sure what it is ... just doesn't have an oil cooled compressor) would not get cold since room temperature would be too warm. Is this true?

The model that fits the space and my needs best is Whirlpool's Model IT18DKXSQ. Can anyone tell me if this model has an oil cooled compressor?
