I cant get my motor to stop overheating on my ac unit. I bought a new motor . it runs for 30 miutes and shuts down. The old motor was 3 wire easy install, but the new one was so different. 4 wire. brn, brn/wht, yellow and blk are the new colors. I use a 5 mfad capacitor with fan, common, and merm on it. the old motor and the new motor are the same specs except rpm's. the old one was 825, the new one is 1075. will this cause the overheating problem? If so what can i do. I may have it wired wrong. brn to cap, fan brn/wht to cap common. blk to df2 i think. defrost circuit board and yellow to common. Some please help. no air for a week
