In my quest to eat healthy but still tasty, I am trying to find a good recipe book talking about cooking with herbs in order to cut down on the sodium. I have to trick myself into something that really tastes good--for instance, to a good soup stock, I throw in vegetables that I really don't care about. Make sense? I always come back to this source because you are so helpful. Thanks in advance. Barb
