Sears He4t F11 error code

I have read hundreds of posts and tried (with a great deal of frustration) a number of "fixes" including filing the relay contacts with a burnishing tool.

When I first opened the CCU, I was appalled at how such "tiny" relays were being used to control motors, solenoids and other relatively high and inductive loads. The time between filing contacts was getting shorter and shorter.

I looked at the schematic and decided this was enough. I went to the extreme. I replaced two of the relays because I could see (with a magnifying glass) the contacts were charred on the ones I had removed. Since I am a bit of an overkill kind of person, I cut traces and added wires to drive industrial relays, external to the box. Those relays now handle the loads of the motors, solenoids and everything else. When did I do this? Over a year ago and I have not had a single problem yet. I have pictures and schematics if anyone is interested.
