Condiment Serving Options?

Hoping you can help me here.

As a fund raiser, our High School Band will be selling Baked Potatoes at an upcoming event. WeÂre hoping to sell maybe 200 potatoes.

The potato toppings will be: butter, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped green onions, and bacon bits.

At other such events, these items are simply placed on a table and everyone dips from the same containers. I feel this is unsightly (messy) and unsanitary. But please tell me if you disagree.

What are my other options?

1. We talked about having someone stand there and dish the stuff out. Con: I hate to waste an entire body doing this  we donÂt have enough volunteers as it is.

2. Buy 2 oz serving cups and pre-fill each. Let people take what they want. Con: A little more expensive and a lot more time consuming.

3. Pre-fill the butter and sour cream into 2 oz cups, but let folks serve themselves from bulk containers of the other toppings which are less messy?

4. ???

Note: We will make sure everything is on ice  so that should not be a problem.

IÂm really at a loss for the best method to use.

Thanks for your help!

Jeri
