How can XT80 qualify for tax credit

I just got a quote for a Trane 4 ton XR15 with XT80 Furnace for $5400 installed.

The HVAC contractor says that this system qualifies for the tax credit and he seems legit (been in business locally for 30+ years) but I notice on the energystar.gov site, it says the system has to include a furnace with AFUE greater than 95. How can an XT80 furnace meet this requirement and qualify for the tax credit? Can it hit the 95 AFUE based on the evap coil, air handler, or other parts it's connected to?
