Netflix users: Have you noticed?

In the past 3 weeks they seem to have really slowed the shipments. We normally ship ours on Monday, they receive on Tuesday and ship on Wednesday. We always have two movies for the weekend. We have only had one shipment of movies for last 3 weeks. Is this thier way of cutting expenses? Has anyone else experienced them being slow to recieve and ship?
