Twins are 3 months old!

I know some of you aren't that in to baby pics, of course your own are the most important. But, I just had to share these proofs of Ava and Emma born on June 2.

Those are precious photos! I love baby pics. One of my favorite sites to visit is by a woman who used to post on GW years ago.

Wow, what beautiful photos, Judiegal! The photographer is so talented and the babies are adorable! I bet you can't get enough of those two little girls!

Elsa was 8lbs 1oz at birth, then she was weighed at 1 week because she wasn't nursing well and was 7lbs 10oz, then again at 2 weeks she was 8 lbs even, then at 6 weeks we had to take her to the hospital and she was 11lbs 2oz fully clothed, and then at her 2m appt she was 11lb 12oz. I swear she is at least 15 lbs by now. She will be 4m on the 27th of this month. She is a little bruiser...she is chubby everywhere but most of it is in her cheeks...they literally hang off her face, the little punkin. Shelby

From my limited experience, the last time I allowed cuttings that I was rooting but hadn't rooted yet to bloom, unfortunately, I never got roots. They are both pictured here, one a Grove Farm and the other Kauka Wilder...

Yes I have them in full sun and I have been feeding with Tapin root once a month and also I water with my earthworm tea :) and on very hot sunny days, all my Adeniums get misted with the earthworm tea (I've been doing the tea for 2 years now and my plants love it). I wish I could get rid of these spidermites quicker, but I am conquering them :) Those Plumeria cuttings/plants are looking great. I have the 2 Plumerias that I rooted right away (one was the white one...it now has an inflo) and they are growing well. Plus most of the others I let dry for 3 weeks, seems to be all rooting/growing leaves, except for one (it was a cutting from my Hawaiian Plumeria), but I will try again:) The mother of the white one is growing well and is sprouting leaves on all the 7 stems, but not putting out new growth where I took the cutting from. I will be ready to send you a cutting of the white one, but how short is too short for a cutting? The longest of the 7 stems is right at 6", would that be a long enough cutting? I usually cut at around 7" or so, but I can cut it and send it if you think that's good. They have been well away from my greenhouse (where the spidermites are), but maybe once you receive the Plumeria cutting and the small Bromeliads, you might want to keep them away from your plants for a while....just in case! Beautiful babies! Usually three months is 'the ugly age' in my reference book but your girls totally escaped! I hope you keep us updated with photos. They are stunning. Of course your own girls are stunning if I remember correctly.

You have the beautiful genes! Lucky you.

golddust, I think you must be nuts for thinking 3 months is an ugly age, lol. My little guy was absolutely gorgeous at that age (still is!) and no, I'm not biased! He was starting to look like a real baby and not a newborn slug. I don't know where he gets it though, no beautiful genes from me!

Judiegal, those pictures are BEAUTIFUL. I got together with a photographer when my little guy was 4 months old with a very similar style and great eye and the pictures were FABULOUS and well worth the session fee (over going to a place like sears). We decided that we would do it once a year and have another session booked for this October. I love it because I am generally behind the camera and she got a shot or two of me with my guy that I loved.

Oh my, what beauties! I agree I think that 3 months is the beginning of a delightful phase of babyhood - they are engaging and start to be able to do more, and have a 'new something' they do every week. Wonderful pictures as well. I hope you enjoy every day! I miss those babies....

What beautiful babies! I remember when you announced they'd arrived, I was feeling a little jealous b/c I was 9 months pregnant as well. My little guy is just coming out of the "4th trimester" (cranky, crying and couldn't stay asleep). He's now smiling and cooing. He'll be 3 months on the 26th, what a great age!
Judie- you must eat them up at every chance you get :)

I have a cousin who is a photography student, she captured some great shots for me as well (now I'm outing myself on gw)
