Coleslaw wars

Both BF and I love coleslaw, but we definately don't agree on the type of dressing. I like a sweet and sour type, with either vinegar or or some type of citrus juice mixed with oil and some type of sweetener, usually honey when I make it. The seasoning varies. BF, on the other hand, likes his creamy. I just don't like the heaviness and high fat of a creamy type dressing. Today, I'd like to experiment with a creamy type dressing. My dad is uber picky on coleslaw, the only way he will eat it is with plain mayo and dill for dressing--that's it, just cabbage, dill and mayo is how my mom made coleslaw, occasionally some grainy mustard thrown in. Luckily BF isn't that picky. I plan on mixing scallions, dill and caraway for the seasoning, but not sure what to do with the dressing? I want something light. Anyone make a light creamy dressing for coleslaw? The only one I have made uses nofat yogurt and I find that yogurt separates too much in salad dressings that get mixed in with the salad beforehand, like coleslaw and pasta salad.
