When living in CA in a rural mountain area, Fedex always had problems delivering. In fact, several times our neighbors found packages just left by rural mailboxes, not ours. Have you called them? Sometimes if they cannot find you, they just put them on a shelf and "forget" to contact you or the seller.

We live in a rural area, and I do a lot of online shopping, so UPS and FedEx are here frequently. Most of the time, we see the trucks and go out to get the delivery. But if we don't see them, they leave the package on the concrete pad outside the garage doors--which means it is out in the open. We have covered porches on the front and back of the house. Wouldn't you think they would put packages on the porch, rather than leave them exposed to the weather? I guess I'm going to have to post a sign asking that deliveries be placed on the porch.

After this long, you should contact both FedEx and the seller.

I'd call them. The first time FedEx was to deliver a package here, they sent it back to the seller stating I wasn't home when they tried to deliver. I WAS home that entire day.

I took your advice, and just called Fedex. They left me on line for what seemed like forever, then someway the phone call was disconected. I called back and did my whole spill again. (tracking number, when shipped, etc.) to another phone rep. I was put on hold and AGAIN I waited forever for them to come back on line with me. I hung up. I then called the shipper and they were extremely helpful. Told me if I had not received it by Monday, that they would ship it out again. In the mean time she told me she would contact Fedex and get back with me. How Nice the seller was!!
I know one thing, Fedex will never get my business. Wanda, Fedex did the same thing to us a long while back. We had ordered a new cell phone because ours had been stolen(duh, my trusting husband left it in the car in plain view) and it was shipped by Fedex. We kept waiting, and waiting with no cell phone. Finally my extremely patient husband called the cell phone company about 3 weeks after we had placed the order. Fedex had sent it BACK saying they had attempted delivery several time but noone was home. (the phone needed to be signed for) I am homebound for the most part and was home. I Have a door bell and dogs that bark when a vehicle comes into the yard or someone is at the door. I think the driver of fedex was telling a fib, or was at the wrong address where someone wasn't home. I am home 99.999 percent of the time and I would have heard him if he did indeed try to delivery here at my house.
