While flipping through home design magazines, I'm often discouraged by the master bedroom inspiration. The looks are often heavily designed and don't seem to fit in with my casual lifestyle. My husband and I have five children, and a few of them still make their way into our room some nights. It doesn't make sense to have loads of furniture, pillows and expensive art strewn about to get tripped over.
