Thanks for all the birthday wishes. We found out on Monday that we couldn't close on the house until Friday, so I spent the day packing. Just got home from a surprise birthday party at one of our neighbors. They got me good. The movers are scheduled for Monday, so I have the entire weekend to start stripping wallpaper. No big plans today except cleaning carpets! LOL I guess that's what you do on your birthday when you get older....

It is shaping up to be a nice day, sun is shinig, birds are singing. So I'll be sure to ttake some time out to enjoy it!

Ah well...the carpets were squeaky clean and all the logs wiped down by noon! LOL

Ran a couple of errends, and then took a teeny tiny nap on the chaise lounge on the porch! Met a couple of good friends for dinner at a restaurant I hadn't been to in at least a decade.

Came home, had a glass of wine and now I am going to give Mojo a snuggle and hit the hay.

Thanks for all the good wishes, everyone! It was a great day.
