Cooling of garage exercise room in Texas

I've also asked about this on remodeling.

It's a three-car garage. It's Texas. The garage gets very hot in the summer. We will thickly insulate the single garage door on the side of the garage where the exercise room will be. We will cool it with two freestanding (rolling) AC units that will vent out the two windows when in use.

We need to put up a partition to hold in the AC from the other 2/3 of the garage. Garage has a 9' tall ceiling. Would appreciate your view on whether any of the following would be sufficient to accomplish this:

a. Floor-to-ceiling vinyl vertical blinds

b. Partition of 7' tall interior hollow core doors

c. Some kind of vinyl "curtain" affixed to a 2x4 on the ceiling (not my favorite option)

d. Or do we really just need a real wall with a real door in it?

Or do you have another suggestion that would work?

Thanks all. I appreciate it. :-)
