I kept searching for your birthday greeting but couldn't find it - did it get removed? Anyway, I hope you had a great day yesterday and will tell us about it. I always like to find more Pisceans! Did you have seafood?

Darn it I forgot! For some reason I remembered from your fake birthday that the 6th was your real one. Remembered it right up until the 5th or so I guess. Anyway, hope you had a great one!

Sorry I missed your birthday, but I was not on the computer last week-end - I was having lobster in your honor! I hope your own lobster dinner went well, and I do believe that it is much better to have your lobster at home rather than at a restaurant. I'm only cooking it at home from now on. Thanks again for all the birthday wishes. I had a really nice day. My birthday dinner was a joint effort, Kim made great salads (I made the dressing), then we had lobster, scallops and shrimp in a wine sauce over angel hair pasta. Instead of a cake, I made cream filled chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing and even put white loops on top. I am thankful for all the good in my life. Nancy

Thank you everyone! I actually didn't have a party per se and it was actually just my parents and best friend (we celebrated on Saturday more or less). My cake was an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen (I took a picture of it, I'll post it later on). We had KFC for lunch and salmon cakes for supper (me and my friend's favorite homemade dish). My mom just picked up a birthday present for me today too (she had to order it): Fried Green Tomatoes At The Whistle Stop Cafe (the book, which as I mentioned before has recipes)! It's been an awesome 21st birthday and one of the best birthdays I can remember in a long time! On Sunday (the day of), my gram (the one who's cooking I've been talking about) and my uncle came up to have a slice of cake. I also planted seeds (I'm doing winter sowing) for my garden this year (hoping to draw in lots of butterflies). Jessy, how do you add your favorite forums to your page? Thanks everyone! I spent my B-day at a breakfast shower for my niece in western Massachusetts (Yeah, won a door prize and the centerpiece). After the shower we went back to mom's house for visiting with family. I don't get to see them all as much as I would like so it was a great afternoon for me. They had cake and ice cream and sang the most awful off key, slow rendition of Happy Birthday any one has ever heard! It is tradition in our family to sing badly. LOL. We headed back to Maine late afternoon to try and beat out the rain storm. No luck...heavy rain and fog just about all the way home. Going to try and go out for dinner this weekend. Wayne had made reservations for a birthday dinner at a new restaurant we have been trying to get to but I got sick last Friday so we canceled. Thanks for the good wishes, NancyLouise
