Gluing Strand Woven Bamboo: Low VOC adhesives?

Hi all,

I am going to have Strand Woven Bamboo installed. I have radiant floor heat. Part of the install will be on a concrete slab and part on a suspended OSB subfloor. My flooring contractor wants to "seal" the concrete with a product like Bostik's MVP.

The flooring manufacturer recommends the following for glue down:

"When gluing down the flooring use a good quality urethane based wood-flooring adhesive such as DriTac 7600, Franklin's 811 Plus, TaylorÂs 2170 Tuff-Lok X-Link or BostikÂs Best Urethane adhesive and follow the manufacturers instructions."

From combing the internet, it looks like Taylors is really 2071, not 2170 and that Franklins is now called Titebond 811 Advantage. It looks like all of these can be used with radiant heat.

In any case, I am looking for a product that will hold up well and has low or no VOC. Bostik's gets the most votes for quality, but their literature does not mention 'low VOC'. Dritac 7600 does mention this, and they have a no VOC product (7500). Most of the adhesives also have a compatible moisture sealer.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Thanks,BM
