I have looking at these forums for a while now to learn as much as I can since I need a new system. I must begin to tackle the replacement of a 3 ton 25 yr old a/c heat strip system. In looking at these forums I have decided on a HP for a replacement system. Man J sizes at around 3 T. I live in Southern Texas where its hot and humid in the summer and Winters are a bit milder that most areas in the US. Taking your lead from other threads I asked for quotes from the min. specs for a HP. Here are the quotes that I have so far for the HP units. Possibly a few more coming in.
