dripping pressure relief valve

I have a Weil Mc something or other boiler.
It has worked fine for years, but this winter the pressure relief valve has started dripping. It was slow but has gradually become a faster drip to the point where I am emptying a pan 4-6 times each day, the pan holding around 2 gallons of water.
I turned the furnace off, drained it enough to allow me to replace the valve with an identical, new valve per suggestion of plumber/heating person. Unfortunately the new valve ALSO has a slow drip. The furnace pressure is only around 13psi, and the valve is a 30psi rated valve.
What can I do now?
