Pressure Relief Valve

Our pressure relief valve on our Weil McLain CG boiler is dripping. I took it off the boiler, and cleaned some crud, which reduced the rate of dripping, but it still drips. This is with the boiler off and cold and pressure indicator about 12 psi. When the boiler is on the pressure does not get much higher, no where near the 30 psi to trip the valve.

Is it likely that replacing the valve will fix the problem? I should note that ours is a 2-zone system with another pressure valve near the expansion tank which is not leaking.
