Floors cupping, still a problem. Help please!

I posted for help a few weeks ago because our new (several months old) hard wood floors were starting to cup. I want thank those of you who offered advice. Here's the latest on our ordeal....

A floor man checked the floors with some moisture tester device and said that in several places (but not all) the moisture content was too high. We are on pier and beam, so he suggested having a plumber in to make certain there are no leaks. We did, there are none.

The musty smell under the house was BAD! It was then suggested that we have an electrician install fans under the house. The electrician installed two fans under the house, set them on high and to automatically turn on when the humidity or moisture level is up.

This was done about five weeks ago. So far the floors look bad and no change whatsoever. How long does it take to get the boards to relax? Have we been fed a bunch of nonsense? This whole re-do has turned into an incredibly expensive nightmare!

FYI, We live in Dallas and have had terrible rains and high humidity for months. Any help most welcomed. Thanks!
