Jessy F, I tried the Coconut Aminos too...

...and lived to bog about it. I found it in about three stores here locally and finally decided to give it a try. For one thing, it is a whole lot lower in sodium content than Bragg's. The coconut product works out to just 339 mgs sodium per Tablespoon whereas Bragg's is 960 mgs sodium per tablespoon. I conducted a very informal taste test and thought the coconut tasted very similar to both Bragg's and the low sodium soy sauce I've been ordering online. The biggest difference was the extreme saltiness of Bragg's.

Anyhow, thanks for starting the conversation about it. I know there are those who prefer an "all natural" product like the aminos, and there are also those who wish to avoid soy products. So Coconut Aminos takes care of those problems and the high sodium problem as well.
