Easter menu?

I think I have got mine planned. Leg of lamb, studded with garlic slivers, rubbed with olive oil and rosemary and with wedges of lemon and some oregano and more garlic inside.

Salad of baby greens and bibb lettuce lightly dressed with Myer lemon olive oil and tangerine balsamic vinegar with a little kosher salt and perhaps some Maytag Blue crumbles.

Risotto, with pesto, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts.

Roasted asparagus...perhaps with a few drops of dark sesame oil.

Carrot timbals...or mini casseroles or whatever...

Bunny buns.

And I think I will make a white, corn starch cake in a 8 1/2 by 11 pan, cut into halves and split the layers and spread with something....either pastry cream and strawberries or whipped cream and strawberries or lemon curd lightened with whipped cream or lemon curd...

Gotta think on that.

So....what's everyone else fixing?
