Chicken Marbella is hands-down my favourite chicken dish. I love serving it to guests as it's easy and quite different, and it's always, always loved by them.
I have never made Chicken Marsala. I don't have, nor do I know what to look for in Marsala wine. Is it a white wine? Is chicken marsala as good as marbella? I know it will be different, I just wonder if it's worth it for me to buy a bottle of marsala (sweet or dry? I don't know) for one dish.
