6 Weeks of Fitness, Week 5 (Cycle II)

Wow! The weeks are flying by now. 4 down and 2 to go!

How is everyone doing? Seems a lot quieter this time, hopefully because people are enjoying vacations!

Nothing too new here. I started an actual kettlebell routine (was just doing the instructional workouts before) this morning, and it went well. I also did 15 minutes of yoga to stretch out. A nice way to start the day, though I have been going to bed too late (as usual) so I wish I could go back to bed!
