Halibut...

We were in Buffalo yesterday and got into Wegman's - and my goal was to get some halibut - as I can never find it close by.

I found some and bit the bullet...$22.99/lb. YIKES!

The one and only time I've made it before, I believe I used hoopy's mom's recipe for parmesan crusted halibut. It was so long ago I don't remember it specifically but I know it was great.

At this price, I don't want to muck it up - any suggestions? Or should I stick with the parmesan crusted?
