Matzo Ball Survey: vote here

OK, let's talk Matzo Balls. I started to post this on the existing Passover thread but then I didn't want to divert it too far off its course. This is just for fun, guess I'm in a silly mood this morning.

My MIL makes them large, round and dense. They are definitely sinkers. One makes a meal almost! I don't know what her recipe is. Nathan LOVES them.

My matzo balls are completely shapeless, small, and light -- floaters. That's the way I like them. I use the recipe from the back of the matzo meal box.

AND, MIL just serves Balls in Broth. No veggies or other ingredients. My soup is chock full of veggies and chicken pieces.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking her soup which is very good! Just pointing out our different styles.

SO.... how do you make yours:

Floaters or Sinkers?

Broth & Balls or Chock Full o' veggies?
