Anyone have 'The French Chef' cookbook?

I caught half of an old episode of Julia Child's cooking show on PBS this afternoon that I had never seen. She made Lasagna a la Francais. Boy - did that ever look good. But I didn't see the whole show and I don't have the cookbook. Couldn't find the recipe with a couple of Google searches.

If anyone has the recipe I would be very grateful if you could post it. I guess I could check with my library too, lol! But this is the first place I come.

Have any of you ever made the recipe? I thought it was funny how she was scooping cottage cheese onto the casserole saying it was a fine substitution for the cheese that Italians use "I can't remember what they call it". The set was so homey, and she was entirely buttoned up - no cleavage whatsoever.

Julia's show on WGBH in Boston caught me as a newlywed who hadn't cooked much beyond t.v. dinners, beans and franks, maybe the occasional tuna noodle casserole. I learned so much from her show and I really miss her. It was so great to see her again.
